What is a Mindful Relationship Guide?

 

Let’s start with what Mindfulness is. Mindfulness is an awareness of what may be important in the present moment. There is a whole style of healing meditation based on Mindfulness, and the practice resounds to inform every aspect of daily life. Imagine a practice that allows for spiritual healing of emotional trauma, all while teaching you to have a new relationship with yourself and be inspired by self-love.

In our coaching sessions, we will use tested therapeutic methods such as active listening, holding the space, goal planning, visualizations, encouragement, accountability, direct feedback, and brainstorming in order to uncover what you are truly looking for in a partnership and determine how to manifest it for yourself.

 

We will also include work with the subconscious mind to secure the release of negative blocks and create positive changes. Relationship guiding is an art form, and each client I work with requires an individualized approach.
