Inga’s Story

Healthy RelationshipsBorn and raised in Europe, she traveled extensively worldwide until her life’s journey brought her to Arizona in 2002. Inga loves the sciences and psychological study and received her Master of Science in Applied Mathematics.

Her continual path of personal and spiritual growth led her to explore the unfathomable depth of the subconscious mind and begin avidly studying psychology, clinical hypnotherapy, and various mindfulness and spiritual practices. She holds a Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner Diploma from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with specialties in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Holistic Nutrition, and Usui Reiki Master. She is an owner of the Self-Mastery Vortex in Scottsdale, AZ.

Inga is board-certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypnotic Master Coach by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. In addition, she has extensive training in other related healing arts in the US and Europe.

Years of study taught her that if you want to change the world around you, you must first change the world inside yourself.

After three long, unhappy relationships, Inga decided to look within for solutions, answers, and self-healing. She worked on her relationship with herself by practicing meditation, mindfulness, forgiveness, and gratitude. By doing this work, she manifested her healthy, loving relationship and has been happily married for over 15 years. Inga believes that if she could fill her life with love, harmony, happiness, and feelings of support and connectedness in her life and a happy marriage, every woman can do the same.

Inga volunteers her professional services to patients at Banner Health Hospitals and Banner Hospice as a part of their Guided Imagery Project.

Among the great joys of her life, Inga is a longtime yoga and meditation practitioner, a former professional model, a dancer, and an outdoor enthusiast.

 Tara Energy

Healthy RelationshipsTara is the Feminine Goddess Archetype in Hindu Mythology, a feminine version of Buddha. She is the most popular figure in the Tibetan pantheon of deities. She is the feminine counterpart of the bodhisattva – Buddha-to-be – Avalokitesvara.

According to Buddhist tradition, Tara came into existence from a tear of Avalokitesvara, which fell to the ground and formed a lake. Out of its waters rose a lotus and, on opening, revealed the goddess. Like Avalokitesvara, she is a compassionate deity who helps souls ‘cross to the other shore’ and guards her followers on their spiritual journey to Enlightenment.

The beautiful goddess Tara, whose name means ‘Star’ in Sanskrit, originated in Indian Hinduism as the Mother Creator, and her many representations spread around the world under many different names. Tara is depicted in many colors and forms, with green and white being the most well-known. Tibetan temple banners frequently show 21 different colored Taras. She is the most well-known manifestation of the feminine principle in Tibetan Buddhism.

Like a star that perpetually consumes its own energy, Tara represents the never-ending desires that fuel all life. She is viewed as The Faithful One, The Great Mother Protector, and an archetype of inner wisdom. She helps transform consciousness and a journey to freedom by offering love, purity, compassion, and wisdom to all who call on her. Tara offers courage to those who need it, strength to overcome obstacles, and protection from all dangers.

She teaches simple and direct means for each person to discover within themselves the wisdom, compassion, and glory that is Tara.
