We all have experienced an emotionally upsetting or stressful day. The accumulated emotions of those days spoil the mood of the evening, prevent us from quickly falling asleep, and affect the quality of sleep the following morning.
It’s not always possible to determine the cause of worries and stress and eliminate them.
All these emotions and stresses remain in our body, and to achieve tranquility, one must also act through the body.
Stress can profoundly impact your physical and mental health.
To manage stress effectively, it’s essential to understand how it affects your body and mind.
Let’s explore some holistic stress relief techniques to help you find peace and improve your well-being.
The easiest way to begin stress relief is to lie down and completely relax. If the situation is neglected, it may not always be easy to achieve from the first time.
Don’t impose relaxation – just listen to how your body feels. Identify where the pain, tension, and pleasant fatigue are.
The heaviness stuck deep inside the body requires a discharge.
If you have seen small children “kicking” while lying on their backs, it will not be difficult for you to repeat.
You can combine these movements with screams or yelling of “No!” and “Why?”.
This helps to relieve suppressed feelings and release them.
The Taoists are credited with the “Smiling Buddha” technique, which aims to achieve peace and happiness.
The facial muscles should not create the Buddha’s smile; it should appear from the inside.
Close your eyes, try to calm down, and feel how the corners of your lips fill in with heat and spread out.
Reflect on your relationship with your body.
Write down what you think about it, how you feel about it, and what you plan to change.
Switch perspectives and write a response. This exercise can reveal a lot about your true feelings.
When you’re angry, you might want to scream, and when you’re sad, you might want to cry.
Voice therapy suggests feeling the body through the extraction of sound.
You can sing with your vocal cords or try to “let out” a voice from your chest, abdomen, thighs, and ankles, helping yourself with hand movements.
The legendary Russian opera singer Fedor Chalyapin admitted that his whole body ached after complicated performances, including his feet.
With regular training, you can learn to force out pain and relieve stress with your voice.
One of the exercises of dance therapy is the dance of body parts.
Move individual hands, heads, stomachs, shoulders, and legs separately.
At the end of the dance, determine which part of the body was the hardest for you to dance with.
This can indicate areas of stress or emotional blockages.
If this is a head, the problems are related to the speed of decision-making; the thighs signify blockages with sexuality, and the knees represent the desire to move forward.
Holistic health care includes both disease prevention and timely access to doctors.
You can prevent many difficulties by properly studying your body, understanding how it feels, and how it reacts to stress and worries. In many cases, you may not need drugs at all.
By connecting with your body and using holistic techniques, you can achieve greater tranquility and overall well-being.

“Thank you so much, Inga! My daughter accomplished more in one session with you than she has in over three years of traditional therapy and seems to have been transformed in less than a couple of days. I can’t wait to see how much she progresses as she continues her sessions with you!”

“I am a firm believer that the mind controls our body and that we can tell our mind to do almost anything. I believe in the saying: “If you can conceive it, if you believe it, you can achieve it”. I enjoy your class so much. Your voice is so beautiful and soothing. You make learning so easy for us to learn so many interesting things. Thank you for all your help and for being you!”.
– Henry Narozny,

“Inga is a wealth of knowledge and helped me overcome struggles that I wasn’t ready to let go of in my close relationships. She helps me see things from a different perspective (mind-body-spirit). I appreciate her well rounded approach and the variety of resources she provides. For example, her segment in the book Mastery of the Mind reminded me to mentally detox my self-berating habit. Her meditations are powerfully spot on to help lower stressful moments for me. I’d describe Inga as a compassionate, caring, highly intelligent, and immensely helpful professional. If you’re struggling with relationships or want to improve your interpersonal development, I highly recommend you try her out”.

“Inga pours a lifetime of expertise, insight, and knowledge into her sessions with clients, who inevitably walk away with a richer understanding of themselves (and resources they can turn to after the end of the session to revive that spark of understanding). Personally, I learned a lot about myself, namely the forces that were afflicting me to the point of being recommended to visit her by a dear friend. She is the first person who successfully performed hypnotherapy for/on me, and I am grateful for that experience to this day (years after the fact). 100% recommended for anyone open to healing and being heard by a master of her craft.”.
– Vineet Dixit,
Cave Creek, Arizona
“My very first guided imagery session was with Inga. She took the time to explain to me what hypnotherapy is, what to expect, and how to work towards achieving the desired outcome. Inga is a gifted therapist with a natural ability to connect with her clients. Her voice is calming and soothing. Inga’s presence and energy are positive and uplifting. My experience couldn’t have been any better. I highly recommend Inga to anyone who is looking for a great experience.”

“Inga is very positive and welcoming. She takes all of the client’s concerns into consideration, offers great imagery, and uses very positive techniques and great feedback. The setting is very relaxing, and her thoughts are complete with a soothing voice. Very calm and relaxing. Thank you, Inga.
