Life threw some curveballs my way early on. My dad was quite the drinker, and he wished I’d been born a boy. As you can imagine, that didn’t do wonders for my self-esteem. It left me with this deep-down subconscious belief that I was unlovable.
I grappled with low self-worth and a not-so-great self-image for years. Those insecurities, along with a fear of being alone, led me into a couple of marriages that didn’t work out in my continuous search for love.
At the age of 27, I took a leap of faith and moved from Ukraine to the USA with my 7-year-old son, two suitcases, and a mere $1200 in my pocket. My mission was to give my son a better life.
Fast forward a decade, and after many hours of self-improvement, I finally developed a deep self-love, leading me straight to my perfect husband. We’ve been living the dream of a happy marriage for 16 years now.
Rediscovering my self-worth didn’t just transform my love life; it brought a lot of personal and professional success. I’m delighted to say that I am truly living the life I’ve always dreamed of.
I’m here to tell you transformation is absolutely possible. I’ve walked the walk and know what it takes to overcome the challenges and traumas that might be blocking your path to the love and life you desire.
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to the mysteries of the human mind, healing arts, and all things spiritual. I even started studying astrology at 17, even though it was frowned upon in Ukraine during communist times.
Growing up in a place where religion and any form of spirituality weren’t accepted didn’t stop me from pursuing my passions. My deep curiosity about people, a yearning to understand the reasons for people’s behaviors, and my nurturing nature ignited a strong desire to help others.
I find great meaning in guiding people to conquer their fears, challenges, and insecurities and to develop deep self-love, which is the foundation for being lovable to others.
Over the years, I’ve nurtured a profound spiritual connection that acts as my North Star in my work. It provides me an intuitive edge, allowing me to uncover hidden aspects of you that might be holding you back and may not be within your conscious awareness.
I’m dedicated to delivering you the best possible results, and that’s why I’m constantly learning and growing. I continuously advance my healing and coaching skills and stay updated about the latest developments in various tools and techniques I use to help you. My journey has led me to study various topics, including the mind, body, and spirit balance, relationship mastery, self-improvement, meditation, and energy work.

Giving back is a core value of mine. I volunteer with Banner Hospice and have given my time freely to other meaningful causes and organizations. I firmly believe in the interconnectedness of all people, where one person’s actions can create ripples of positive change for others.
Beyond my work, I’m a dedicated learner and love reading, diving into studying the subconscious and conscious mind, spiritual practices, guided meditation, and hypnosis. I’m always eager to expand my knowledge in these areas.
Outside the intellectual realm, I’m all about adventure. You’ll often find me hiking, embarking on motorcycle and off-road journeys, camping in an RV, listening to music, dancing, ice skating, practicing yoga and meditation, and cherishing precious moments with my grandkids.
Travel is another love of mine. So far, I have explored 112 countries, and the most enriching experiences are the ones that push me out of my comfort zone, inspire and challenge me, deepen my self-understanding, and foster gratitude for the blessings in my life.
For many years I have experienced the feeling of unexplained worry that bothered me on a daily basis. When Inga told me of how she could help me I was very skeptical if not to say cynical. One day I asked myself if I wanted to continue taking prescription drugs for anxiety or if I should try an unconventional holistic approach that potentially could help me. I literally got rid of my state of worry after one guided imagery session with Inga.
